These bars are CRAZY good! My husband’s direct quote while eating them- “These are the best thing you’ve ever made”. These are easy and quick to make because they are no bake. These are a MUST try this Christmas! They are gluten free, sugar free, and dairy free. I promise that you and everyone in your house will love them!
1/2 Cup unsweetened natural peanut butter
1/2 Cup almond butter
1/2 Cup honey
1/2 Cup coconut oil
2 Cups oats
1 Cup shredded coconut
1/2 Cup chopped nuts. (I like walnuts for these)
1 Cup dark high cocoa chocolate chips ( I use Camino 71% cocoa chocolate chips. You can buy them in the organic section at Zehrs)
1 Tbsp vanilla
1/4 Cup chopped cranberries
Melt peanut butter, almond butter , honey and coconut oil over medium heat in a saucepan. Remove from heat once it is melted together and add in the rest of the ingredients. Stir together until chocolate chips are completely melted.
Pour into a greased 9×13 pan and cool in the fridge. Sprinkle the chopped cranberries on top. Put in the fridge until bars harden. Cut and serve.
