This recipe is amazing considering these brownies are sugar free and gluten free and as I mentioned in my previous blog “Black bean brownie betrayal”- they are BEAN free! Ha ha If you are missing chocolate in your endeavour to eat clean, then you need to try these! The best part- they are EASY!!! I just made these tonight. I hope you enjoy these brownies!
Ingredients:
1 (16 oz) Container almond butter
4 Egg whites
1 Cup honey
1/2 Tbsp vanilla
1/2 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tsp Baking soda
1 Cup high cocoa chocolate chips (first ingredient must be cocoa)
1/2 Cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Add each ingredient and mix well. Pour into baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Try not to eat the whole pan in one sitting! 😉
