When you start looking for healthy recipes, salad recipes are plentiful! While the actual salads are healthy, most salad dressings (even “light” or “low fat”) are not. Well that’s tricky isn’t it? This salad dressing recipe is my “go to”. I use it on everything!! I even make small bottles and stick them in my purse to use if we are eating out at a restaurant. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar (I prefer white balsamic but you can use regular dark balsamic too)
4 Cloves minced garlic
1/3 TSP Dried oregano
Pepper to taste
Whisk all ingredients together. This can be stored in the fridge for up to 10 days.
