Loaded Peach Yogurt

I’m sitting here eating one of my favorite snacks and thought I shouldn’t keep it to myself anymore!  It’s the perfect thing to eat after a workout or when you are looking for a light meal.  It’s satisfying and won’t leave you feeling too full or sluggish. 🙂

Ingredients:

3 TBSP PLAIN Greek yogurt (Tip* Buy the plain Greek yogurt and then add a capful of vanilla extract.  Almost all vanilla flavored yogurt has sugar added to it.)

1 Sliced Peach

Sprinkle of cinnamon

1 TBSP Unsweetened shredded coconut

8 Dry nuts of choice (my favorite are cashews and almonds)

Directions:

Scoop yogurt into a bowl and add sliced peaches.  Sprinkle coconut, cinnamon and nuts over the mixture and enjoy!
