How to Eat the “Clean” Way

This is the article that I read 6 months ago that helped to kick start my new way of life! If you have a chance to read this, I know you will find it interesting and very inspiring!  It gives a great introduction to eating and living clean.  It is a little long so grab yourself an organic tea and give it a read.  It’ll be worth it- I promise!

  2. Article was a good read. But what if you can’t have grains or dairy? Meat is good for me because I’m so limited, yet this says only once a month?

    1. Thank you for your comment and I hope you enjoyed the article. It must be very difficult to also avoid grains and dairy! Wow! My understanding regarding the meat is that he suggests you avoid pork altogether, have red meat once a month, but chicken, turkey and fish you can enjoy on a regular basis. Hope that helps a little!
